These pliers do not carry the quality I would expect from a Craftsman tool. The weak cutting ends make it difficult to cut 14 ga wire. And to top it off, these pliers are made in China. I figured a craftsman tool would be American made. I usually can speak very highly of Craftsman products, but I can not recommend these pliers to anyone.

You know the old saying that size doesn't matter. Well, I can't vouch for that being true in all things, but it is certainly true with these Craftsman Professional End-Nipping Precision Pliers. I used to have a set of mini-pliers that I picked up at Harbor Freight. I thought that since they were just a small pair of nippers, quality didn't matter. I never used them very much because they would do very much. When I found these pliers at Sears, it dawned on me that the need for a high quality tool mattered no matter what size it was. I started out by purchasing the pre-package five piece set and the next day I was back at the store buying the other three styles to complete my collection. These are serious tools that perform their intended function beautifully, The padded handles are very comfortable and the jaw action is smooth and precise. I don't think you'll regret your investment. Remember that quality workmanship requires quality tools!
