This pair of Jack Stands from Craftsman features a rated capacity of 8,000 lbs. per pair. The ratchet design provides fast, easy and secure adjustment, while its wide stance with sturdy welded steel construction provides added stability. The counter-weighted pawl with quick adjustment control serves as a secure locking device to help prevent the load from accidentally disengaging, and the jacks' baked enamel finish helps resist rust and corrosion. Bought for Chevy Suburban. Used once and so far they worked fine. Quality seems good. I will buy another set of these. Watch out for the weight rating as the 4-Tons is for 2 stands and not one stand by itself.

Like others have said the yellow paint is the first thing to go. These stands do not inspire confidence; I kept a vehicle jack adjacent to each jack stand (I had both front wheels off the SUV) PLUS I slid one of the tires under the front crossmember. For what I paid for them they're fine.

Was on sale, at first didn't feel the need for 4 ton jacks but know looking forwarding getting a second set and replace my current 2 ton set, product did not disappoint

The stands seem to be very sturdy. I have only used them once so far for a car. I originally bought them for my suburban, but I haven't used then yet on that. The paint scratches off really easily on the top part, and looks a bit cheap on that part as well. Overall, I'm satisfied. I got them on sale, so they cost less than others around.
