I have the Craftsman Professional 5 in. Bent Nose Pliers in the 5 piece set. These pliers are well thought out for both comfort and function. I have had my set for a decade and they have never failed me on numerous projects. The spring-loaded jaws are exceptional at even the smallest of jobs and still have not weakened. The pliers are made of hard steel that resists breakage even from the toughest of jobs. After all this time my Bent Nose Pliers as well the entire set still looks like new. Part of this is from the handy carrying case but the rest is from the AWESOME quality put into every Craftsman product. I strongly recommend these pliers for anyone doing any type of small detail work.

These pliers are perfect for small detail work. In a world where bigger is better, they have earned their place in my toolbox. I like the spring loaded design and the smooth jaw action. Since they are part of the Professional series they come with the full satisfaction craftsman warranty. Don't worry though, you will be satified.

I rely on the quality of craftsman tools, especially the "professional" line. These pliers were rusty, but workable, right out of the package. I repaired them as best i could. It was not nearly as bad as the rusted shut end nippers (45667) which were purchased the same day and needed to be returned. In order to save gas money, open these products up in the store before walking out with them.
