I debated for some time on whether I should pick up a set of Craftsman Professional Stubby Standard Wrenches. After all, the fractional size fasteners aren't nearly as common as they once were. I do own a complete set of the Metric brothers of these wrenches and have found them to be very useful. Should I or shouldn't I? Well, there will always be some old car of mechanical item that needs repair. Plus I could never really say I have a COMPLETE set unless I owned them. Done! I bought them. These wrenches have the same high luster finish that all my other Craftsman Professional grade tools sport. The business ends of these wrenches are precision made so that there won't be any slippage or chance of rounding off the fastener. In short, they are just what I would expect from Craftsman. There are just as good, if not better than any other wrench on the market and are sold at a price point that even a common guy like me can afford. Remember, quality work requires quality tools!

The 7/8 stubby comb. wrench is excellent in tight places, after you break the fastener loose with a longer wrench of course. You can use this wrench to remove O2 sensors (22MM or 7/8") in places where there is little to no room to turn. The price of this wrench compared to Snapon is about a quarter of the cost.
