The only problem I have with this tool is that sometimes if you try to go from the "locked" position (in the middle where the tool functions like a normal non-ratcheting screwdriver) to one of the ratcheting positions the ratchet gets jammed. This is easily fixed by moving the reversing mechanism back and forth until it slides in to position. It is really not that big of a deal in my opinion, other than than the screwdriver functions very well, I have friend with a snap-on version and a friend with the same craftsman version that is about 8 years old, they both do the job satisfactorily but the craftsman costs much much less.

As the headline says it appears to be a decent tool, I haven't had the chance to really try and torque down any screws really tight but it has all appearances that it will hold up fine. My only real gripe is that it isn't made in the US. I hate Craftsman has gone to overseas to have many of it's once great hand tools made as the quality has certainly taken a hit.

This screwdriver is equal to or better than the one you buy off the truck for 3x less the cost

I like to keep it in my truck since it's magnetic and having all the changeable bits cuts down on the clutter of having multiple screwdrivers in the toolbox.

Really solid screwdriver. I haven't used the bit holder in the handle ever cause I feel like that's a little unnecessary and heavy for my needs but I could see how that would be convenient for some. I've been using this particular one for about 8 months now with absolutely no issues, and it was definitely tested a lot when I moved. Overall just a solid standard screwdriver.

This is a fantastic ratcheting screwdriver!! The amount of use I have received from this screwdriver is worth the amount I paid for it. I especially like the in handle bit storage. I am able to store the five most popular sizes and styles in the handle and they are readily available when I need them. I like the cross hatch stuff on the shaft, it makes it easier to spin the shaft when screws become easier to turn. I like that I am able to switch from forward to reverse by turning the drive selector on the bottom of the handle. The Bit Storage is a bit awkward and I wish it were more of a case.

I've been using this screwdriver for over a year. It really feels solid and allows me to get a really good grip on it. The only down side is that oil and grease (from working on cars and small engines) seem to seep into the material which makes it hard to clean. Then again, if your tools are REALLY clean, you probably aren't using them much. Overall, this is still the best screwdriver I've ever used.

We needed a small item to bump up our total purchase to claim a $35 discount. This screwdriver set was a good choice. It's solidly built with efficient ratcheting action and a broad selection of bits. I expect that it will last for many years.

I bought this tool to replace a socket drive for which I lost some of the bits and which was worn out too. The Craftsman quality should provide me with years of service. Now if I can just avoid losing this one.

My only complaint, so far, is its hard to find the bit you need in the handle storage. I would like a window to see the bits, or a slot cut in the handle for viewing. A simple fix and overlooked by Craftman.
