Craftsman  Remote Control Wall Mount 5.0 Peak HP Wet/Dry Vac

I have a large 3 car garage with a shop. I placed on the wall near the middle and the hose can cover most of it. It saves a ton of space vs my rolling shop vac. I just gave my 2 other vacs away once I purchased this one. Honestly if they would do a better job marketing this unit they could sell a ton at the holidays. The long 20ft flexible hose and remote on/off switch is great for the cars vs rolling out the traditional vacs. You don't have to unroll and extension cord. It has enough power for my work bench. The space savings is really nice as well. The unit can be carried into the home from the wall mount and I really like the attachment bag. Seems like a such simple idea that once you make the switch you wont be sorry. Only thing I can think of that you may give away a little suction with the long hose but it seems to be working well so far. Great product- thx

The remote switch on the hose is great. I can take the shop vac hose to where I am working and turn it on when I need the shop vac without having to walk all the way back to the wall unit.

Well thought out unit. EXCEPT the hose that robs 20 -25% of suction power. With the second hose connected this loss doubles. I use the crevis tool most and this plugs up very easy. Very easy to hang up/take down. We use it all over the house

hard to believe you get so much compared to other units and the wireless remote is a big bonus This is a must have for anyone wanting to eat their cake and have it too.Its the best of both worlds a portable unit and a stationary unit for garage or shop

Pros: Nice powerful motor, that is surprisingly quite Wall mounts but easy to remove as well Space saving design - much needed for my small shop space The remote feature - it rocks! Cons: The accessory bag is just a dust collector. You don't necessarily need to keep the accessories dust free but the open pouch design just collects dust and seems like a cheap solution. It has a unique hose connection which makes it a challenge to hook the vac up to a cyclone (I do a lot of woodworking). Overall I think its a great addition to my shop, its far more versatile that my old standard floor based caster shop vac

A nice compact, floor saving machine. This is just for my small shop. Took my 6.5 vacuum and moved it to another part of the basement. Good assortment of hoses(2) and accessories.

Really powerful shop vac for its size. Smaller size makes earier use and movement around the garage.

For a guy like me, I needed a decent shop vac for larger debris around the house.  Didn't want to keep using the household vacuum, for large debris in & around the house.  This shop vac is a good, decent size, and has great power.  I was very surprised and pleased.  If you're someone that doesn't NEED large gallonage to collect, this is a good product.  I use it everywhere.  The car adapters are also great.  I would recommend this.  It's too bad that this Craftsman product is made in China though, NOT Made in USA. 

This is just what I was looking for! I don't need a monster wet/dry vac that I'm going to have to build an addition onto the house to store it in. Chances that I'm ever going to have to suck up 20 gallons of water is very slim. What I need is something to vacuum in the shed, some areas in the house and clean up in the truck. This little powerhouse is easy to carry, has great suction, comes with a wall mount that I can set up in the shed. The attachments and varied hoses are great, and it has a long cord. Also like the remote control feature on the hose handle. And also, that red/black/off-white color combo is really appealing. Also like the fact that it uses a disposable vacuum bag for easy clean-ups and can also be used to vacuum water by removing bag. It's pretty, it's powerful and is not monstrous beyond my needs. LOVE IT!
