Replacement Blade & Anvil for hand cutter, works great fits properly, blades are very sharp and will cut almost every thing large enough to fit into the jaws of the cutter. Very good item at a reasonable price.

I think it is great that Sears still offers parts for tools instead of making us buy a whole new tool. Please keep thinking this way?

Love my Handi Cut tools and without replacement blades, they would be useless. Have not needed to replace an anvil yet, but it is comforting to know they are available.

Craftsman sells a range of different sized cutting tools that use a blade and anvil. So. We'll assume you're familiar with which tool you own and are just looking for a replacement cutter and anvil for it. I have the 37310 3-in-1 Craftsman Professional Accu-Cut tool. The good news is the blade is reversible, in a pinch. Like several of the other tools, spare blades can be stored in the top handle. And, I also like to "hone" my blade sharp, with an extra-fine DMT pocket hone on occassion. The real reason to get the blade/ anvil set is for when the anvil eventually starts to wear. Unfortunately, there is no "on-board" storage location for anvils. If you buy a head, you must be able to keep the "safe place" the anvil is located in, findable for later use. The model cutter I own also have a replaceable wire cutter, that helps maintain the integrity of the razor blade cutter for a great deal longer, when attempting to cut wire. Once the razor blade becomes nicked, it's time to start searching out that replacement blade. I think the stores still carry the replacement packs of blades and blades and anvils. There is even a new model out that uses conventional utility blades, although most of the earlier razor blade/anvil cutters have longer cutting length blades. This would be a good reason to have TWO kinds of cutters in one's DIY tool set. With the holidays coming up, I'm betting one or BOTH types of cutters (generic utility bladed and longer-edged specific replacement blades) will be going on sale.
