I liked the regular blades but the round blades were really not what I had expected. It was hard to get them to cut as i wanted and they were very easy to break.I am just a begined so maybe it was my fault they didnt work the way i wanted them to.

Craftsman Scroll Saw Blades, Assortment Pack is a nice set of blades to go with my new scroll saw. I got these to try using various cuts to learn my new scoll saw and to see how each different blade had their plus's and neg's The set gives you a variety to work with. The higher teeth give you cleaner cuts and the thinner blades let you make tighter cuts. There is not a whole lot that I can say at the moment other than the cut well and eventhough I am green and learning to use my new scroll saw, I have not broken a blade yet. That right there ought to say something about them. I was pretty hard on the blades while learning which blades worked best for which type of cuts that I needed.

you always need a great set of replacement blades for any tool but for your scroll saw this is the set you must have for $6.99 the price is right on the mark and on target they are very sharp and will make the precision cut you need at all times i bought 3 full sets and i will never be without them i feel deeply that anyone you has a good sroll saw should have at the vey least 3--4 replacement sets at all times so if you dont have a replacement set now is the time to get it ......steve

The Craftsmen Scroll Saw Blade Assortment pack has a good mixture of blades, in most cases; I should have the right blade for my needs. The variety pack of blades can cut hardwood, soft wood, and light metal. The price is $6.99 for 15 blades. That is around 50 cents a blade, which is a good price for me. I used the 18.5 TPI blade on a piece of soft fur, making a push stick for my table saw. The blade cut nice smooth curves and there was very little sanding to do. I would recommend this variety pack to anyone who is just using his or her saw for occasional general needs.

I had not really looked into blades that much at Sears i must confess. I went and was looking at a mitre saw for which i had the need to replace my old one. As soon as i walked through the door i glanced to my right and saw these blades sitting there. I noticed the price and decided what could it hurt to give them a go? After leaving without a mitre saw in hand i got home and wanted to test out my new toys. I must admit i was impressed the package contains everything you need for any type of cut that you would ever make. For the hobbyist or diyer that is. More detailed scenes might require some special blades but this is a great product at a good price.
