Craftsman  Short Sleeve Twill Shirt with Teflon® fabric protector

The shirts are made of a heavy duty fabric . They are wearing very well inspite of a rough job. The two breast pockets were a must have and are hard to find. The order shipped quickly, the shirts were the size ordered and actually fit like they should. They have been doing great in the wash and can even go from dryer to hanger without ironing, if you hang them immediately. Very good quality and will buy again in the future.

I love these shirts, the fit is excellant, at least it is for me. They used to be perma-press don't know any more beacuse they get ironed before I will wear them anyway, like one of the others said "first impressions", need to look professional. I dont know about the color fade problem all I have ever gotten is the kaki but I know with other brands of work shirts I have had in the past the colored ones faded very badly. I can feel confidant when I wear these shirts that I do look professional when I walk into a clients home or office.

I got the Craftsman Short Sleeve Twill Shirt to try out in my shop. I have had it for month now and have worn it while working on lawn tractors, tillers, ATVs, buggys, and many other outdoor power equipment units and it has held up pretty good so far. It's pretty comfortable and has held its clor pretty good so far. My only real issue with the shirt is the pen pouch on the left pocket. It's a little too small to use with regualr pens. It's a tight fit to use my pen. It's pretty cool to wear in the shop without getting too hot. I got the shiirts to try out and see how they handle the wear and being subjected to to being in a greasy enviroment and so far, they have faired pretty well. I purchased other brands at Sears too compare between the brands and which ever gives me the best performance, I will go with that brand, but so far I am pleased with the Craftsman workshirts.

I picked up one of these in black last year and really like the way it fits and how tough (thick) it feels on you. But after the first wash, a button came off, the thread just came off of it, no biggie - I sewed it back on (why Home Ec should still be a required course!). Then after the 2nd wash, a different button came off, phew - sewed it back on. I also noticed another problem, this shirt really rubs your nips raw. Maybe it's the fabric, dunno, but after having it on a few hours, I almost had to put band-aids over them for relief. Big negative. The shirt is thick and tough, but I didn't wear it or wash it enough times to find out how durable it really is. Too bad.

Color lasts longer than Red Cap, fits much better than Dickies. These are my favorite work shirts except for the cheap buttons, the color wears off showing the white underneath. I came here to buy some of these shirts only to find that I can't. I want to buy some more of these shirts in navy blue size XXL!!! Get some in stock!

The material was much stiffer than the Dickies workshirts I also bought. Even after washing before wearing it is uncomfortable. The Dickies feel fine before and after washing. The material/cut was too tight around the middle (chest and stomach area). My slim Cross ballpoint will not go into the "pen pocket." All in all, a major disappointment.

Very comfortable as work shirts go, but unpresentable in a very short time. I prefer to wear good looking work clothes when approaching a client, first impressions and all that. The stains are well locked in, and really seem to "jump out" at you, due to the very faded colors. The pen slot in the pocket is a joke, some of the narrowest pens I have won't fit, even the Bic Stick pens won't fit. I sometimes struggle to retrieve my skinny papermate stick.
