      Works Great!

I had no problems using this grease gun on my mowers and vehicles. I have always been extremely frustrated when using manual grease guns, but this air operated single shot grease gun is a pleasure to use. I am very happy with this purchase, thank you Craftsman!

      good tool for greasing

THE ONLY THING I CAN FAULT IT FOR IS IT COULD BE A LITTLE LIGHTER TO WORK WITH AND IT SHOULD HAVE A UNIVERSAL CONNECTION FOR THE GREASING END. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS GREAT.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      Self -Priming

No, not really, but here's what to do. Load the head with grease manually, then screw the cartridge in. Remove any pipe (fittings) from the head. Cycle the gun until the air is gone. Clean the top of the head and add your flex or stationary pipe. Grease WILL come out eventually. This gun is Far superior to the similar gun a **************.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      nice grease gun

does everything you would want a grease gun to do. it lubricates my fittings and keeps everything running just the way you would want it to run.

      Good gun

This is a good gun, primes right up and is a sure shot every time. I wouldn't recommend this for everyday professional use, but think it is a great purchase for around the home garage. I would change the grease whip though because the one that comes with it although long does not hold up real well. (mine started leaking at the cripmed connection)

I would recommend this product to a friend.

      Junk, Don't Waste Your Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried everything to make this gun deliver grease and it works about 2% of the time. I was patient and spent hours trying to bleed the air out and tried all different levels of air pressure. Nothing ever worked. I should have read the other reviews before I wasted my money. Sears won't return or exchange the item because I didn't save the receipt. I'm throwing it in the trash and buying a Milwaukee cordless. I have always bought Craftsman tools, but now I will try to find another, more reliable brand.

      Terrible tool

This grease gun is a waste of money. The instructions for reloading the cartridges are worthless too. This gun IS NOT self priming as it is says in the manual. I have had 2 of these because I returned the first one because I could never get it to work. The second one has only used 1 cartridge and I have never been able to get it primed since. I called the service center number in the operators manual and the guy there even said it was a piece of junk and he had rarely heard of one that worked. He gave me a totally different way to load and operate it but it still won't prime. Don't waste your money.
