Craftsman  Tractor Lift

Well built. Adjustable widths and heights. Slide under at bumper or rear and push down on handle to lift. It then locks into place and will not disengage until the safety latches are moved. What a time and effort saver.

The tractor lift is well engineered, well built, safe and easy to use.  My 12 year old Craftsman lawn tractor drive belt broke and this jack made the belt replacement very easy and safe.  Great product.

The product says it works with every Craftsman lawn tractor with a bumper. Except they forget to mention that, NO, it will not work with the dual bar bumper. Of course you can just remove the dual bar and temporarily install the ugly lift bumper that comes with the lift when you need access underneath once or twice a year (they both work with the same set of carriage bolts -- it's a quick swap), so it's not THAT big a deal. Mine came with quite a few extra nuts, bolts, wingnuts, etc, some of which made no sense to include, but it was actually missing the carriage bolts I would have needed for the lift bumper had I not had an existing bumper. Overall the lift is very handy, quick and easy to use and easy to store up against my shop wall.

May not lift as high as the much more expensive crank-up lifts, but it does the job for the few times a year that it is needed. Was easy to assemble and adjust. It makes removing the mower deck much easier, so I am much more likely to perform service as needed. I am about to change the ground drive belt on my Craftsman tractor and without this lift it would be a very difficult and awkward job. Being in a rural area, I'm sure the labor, time and transportation savings over taking the tractor to a shop for repair will quickly offset the cost of the lift.

Craftman tractor lift is so easy to use and assemble for this 70 yr old man. Only things wrong wirh it is, it's made in CHINA and your life depends on PLASTIC stops. Other than that, I love it. Ernest Jutras Hanson, Massachusetts

this is the best way to access the lwan mower blades for cleaning and sharpening or replacement. Once the tractor is lifted into the position or heighth you choose,it is very stable and feels very safe to work on the tractor. It has these little locking mechanisms that fall into place when it is lifted and the lift has a great design for lifting either the front end or lift it from the rear. I am very happy with this purchase. My neighbors also commented on how cool it was to lift the tractor up with this tool as i was servicing my machine. over all great product!

When I picked it up at my local Sears store, I thought I had ordered the wrong product because the box did not say "Craftsman" on it - it said "Made in China." The young associate assured me it was the tractor lift I had ordered and he insisted on loading it into my car for me. When I tried to unload it from my car, I realized why he didn't want me to handle it. The box is about 36" X 24" X 12" and weighs 75 lbs. I decided to open the box while it was still in my car's trunk, then check in and remove all the parts one at a time from there to avoid wrenching my back. All the parts were accounted for. The parts were very well packaged in heavy cardboard, induvidually wrapped in clear plastic bags and some were zip-tied together to prevent damage in shipment. The instructions were clear and I had my tractor up on this lift within half an hour of opening the box. I was concerned about the quality of construction due to the "Made in China" factor, but upon examination, it was obvious that all the parts are very well made. My only complaint is that this lift is very heavy to pick up and move if you need to store it up and out of the way. I WISH I HAD PURCHASED THIS YEARS AGO! CLEANING AND WORKING ON MY TRACTOR IS NO LONGER SUCH A MISERABLE CHORE! BUY THIS LIFT WHEN YOU BUY YOUR TRACTOR!

This lift is a game changer, when it comes to changing blades or belts. It also gives ample room to work on the mower deck without removing it. Much superior to car ramps! What else is there to say?

I would highly recommend this tractor lift. It is well worth the cost and made servicing my tractor underneath the mower belly much easier. The instructions to put it together were a little confusing, but following the pictures I finally got it together.

It is well made from strong durable steel and I expect many years of service from it. I am very glad I purchased the lift.

This is a very sturdy accessory and a must have for easy access under deck if you work on your own mower/garden tractor.  It was easy to assemble.  It is fully adjustable to acommodate various sized mowers and comes with additional hardware to allow for front or rear lift of tractors.  If you already have a bumper or brush guard on front you don't have to install lifting bar.  Keep for quick bolt on to back for rear lift of tractor. I have used routinely for over a year and my only issue with the lift is that a one of the retaining bearing and spring popped out of one of the quick-release pins.  Doesn't affect the operation of the lift. I just have to make sure he pin is all the way in before lifting tractor.
