Too much clutter on the garage floor? Craftsman VersaTrack Trackwall system gives you a convenient, custom method to mount your tools, cabinets and gear straight to the wall. From bikes to ladders to lawn equipment, this versatile mounting system can be configured to better organize the random items that somehow found there way into your garage or workshop.
Each VersaTrack Trackwall rail is 4 feet long and holds up to 75 pounds. The custom organization system can be easily installed over drywall, studs or masonry, giving you nearly unlimited options in how you setup your work environment, no matter what kind of walls you have. You can also install a pegboard between two VersaTrack rails for small hand tools. A well-organized workspace is a good first step toward finishing all the projects on your to-do list. Finally, you'll be able to ignore the clutter and just focus on the task at hand.

As a committed craftsman tool guy, I was really disappointed that this product did not live up to its expectations. Like many of the reviews I have read, I experienced the same problems as others when it came to bikes. I took all the necessary precautions, I bought bolts (not screws), stud finder, and not to mention all the tracks and hooks for this project. Well as it turned out the track was obviously coming away from the wall, and the hook didn't look like it could take much longer. I tried to position the hook right where I put the bolt to give it extra support but that wasn't much help I could clearly see that the track stayed to the wall however the lip of the track where the hook attaches was starting to bend. If you only want to hang brooms, mops and stuff like that then good, however I would not recommend this product for bikes or anything somewhat heavy. The price for this product for all intents and purposes is not worth it, considering all of the additional cost you have to incur in accessories, tools and screws or bolts.

The connectors for end to end placement do not allow brackets and hooks to slide along the track. It is impossible to mount the wall cabinets over a joint connector.

Bought a 130 year-old home to renovate. The garage is vintage 1930s, with open studs. I needed to hang everything until I am ready to redo the garage, and wanted a product I could remove and remount later over drywall. This system worked perfectly and is surprisingly strong.

I originally purchased 6 of them with a christmas gift card becuase i had no idea what to buy. Since then I have bought MANY more of them and began installing them in my garage. Now, I have put up 1/2" OSB backer boards and Screwed these into the studs and the OSB. I have Installed these the way the manufacturer recommends that includes staggering the joints. I Love it. I have Mountain bikes hanging up and they havent fallen like some other people claim. I have a ton of Metal folding chairs haning up and still, no Problem. I love all of the different hooks they have. Great Product but I had several pieces damaged in shipping due to crappy packaging. If you can get them in the store do it. Order online as a last resort. the tracks are very light weight and durable. The only problem i see with them is that the hooks do not mach up with any hooks from other brands other then craftsman brand hooks

We bought about 24 pieces of VersaTrack for our garage and it looks great. We put an 8' x 4' sheet of pegboard between two sections of track above the craftsman work bench. And the rest of the VersaTrack is on another wall with all of the shovels, rakes, hockey sticks, and shelves with other miscellaneous garage items. It gets a little expensive but is easy to install and looks great when you are done!!
