Ok trimmer
The trimmer itself is really nice, lightweight and easy to handle but the red line used to actually cut the edges is very flimsy! I tried to pick up thicker line because I was going through one in two seconds and there is not a stronger more durable line that I can use with this trimmer.....very disappointing!

Bad Product
After assembling it, added gas mixture and primed per instructions. After about 20 pulls it still wouldn't start, primed it again and after another 15 pulls it finally started. It ran rough but I was able to trim part of my lawn. The following day tried to start it and after about 20 pulls it still wouldn't start so I packed it up and returned. I figured it was just a bad unit so I exchanged it for another. Got the second one home and gassed it up and primed it and this one wouldn't start at all. Returned it and got a refund. I should have checked the ratings before I bought it 40 one star ratings doesn't say much for this product. Craftsman used to make reliable products but I wouldn't buy one again.

Good quality

This is the second gas powered trimmer I purchased from Sears. The first lasted 7 years with no issues until a total engine failure. Figured I would purchase another Craftsman since the product was reliable in the past.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Worthless

Do not buy this and waste your money. It is under powered, doesn't even cut the grass or weeds. The motor is so underpowered that when you put a new string in the engine bogs down, runs better when string is shorter. Also the string has to be replaced when it gets low. You have to stop and re-feed a new string. Absolute horrible design, its a pain to replace and I would rather be able to do my whole yard, rather than have to stop partway in to change the string. As said before by previous reviews it does take several pulls to start. Craftsman advertises this as a multi function/tool machine. I couldn't even imagine trying to use the other attachments due to the lack of power. Luckily this was a gift for me. If I could return it I would!!!!!!!!!

Good basic trimmer

Easy to assemble, a little tricky to get started the first time but nothing serious. It is heavier than I expected and resulted in a very sore arm and leg until I got used to it. It worked best on grass that was not too tall. On tall grass it seemed to push it down rather than cut it. But overall I was content with its performance and it does the job.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great Trimmer, easy to start and easy to use. Love the individual strings.

I could have used a trimmer that is a little shorter but have gotten accustomed to the feel of it very fast. I would recommend to anyone looking for s reliable trimmer.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Weed Wacker Review

This weed whacker is very easy to use, but it is a little difficult to start. You need to pump the primer bulb exactly 10 times, and the engine will start on the fourth pull. It is easy to flood, too.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
