Bought a pair of these on Sunday. First used on Tuesday and they completely fell apart. The soles were not constructed properly and it looked like they had dry rotted. The traction part of the sole detached from the sewn on part, creating a tripping hazard I am returning these and getting something else. Hopefully something that will last more than 30 minutes.

i bought two pair of these boots about a year and a half ago.the first pair lasted about 14 months before they fell apart .the second pair fell apart in 2 months .i have worked in the same place for 8 years so its not like the work environment changed . these boots used to be made in united states now there made in china.

Poor quality boots..I have had two pair in less than 2 years and the sloes on the toes of the boots just comes apart..Got to be Red wings now....

i have wore this boot for over 20 years now . they have never failed to give me the grip i need to climb that column to get to my next elavatation. the triple stitch sides with the extra stitch a half inch above where i also have a rivet installed. this boot has evolved with time the chinese took a good boot and made it better hate to say and i am a union man.i have tried all boots sometimes the more costly boot is not the best boot for the buck, bring the diehard back home and thank the chinese for perfecting this boot for us THE U.S.A.

This is the 3rd pair I have puchased for myself. I have also bought a pair for my son, we both work in construction and they have held up very well. They are comfertable and are a good price and you can find them on sale often. I recomend these as an inexpensive work boot. The only downfal is they are not waterproof.
