Bought these for my yard work, and used them on my riding mower. The sole on both shoes began separating from the uppers. Sears refused to make any adjustment because the shoes were over 90 days old. No more Satisfaction Guaranteed. So I bought a different brand, from a different retailer.

Purchased in 2011. Held together fine. Wore them every day for work and play. Soles bottoms wore though to a leak after 2014. Will buy again made, hopefully with good or improved rubber. I can always just seal my old ones.
I've been buying these boots for my husband for several years now and I'm very sorry to see that they are being clearanced out! They have been his chosen work boot with steel toe for comfort for at least 6 yrs. I buy a pair every year because he gets a work boot allowance, they last about two years though as after the year of work use he changes them to yard work, hiking and hunting use. We've been through many different styles and brands of other steel toe, waterproof boots before finding these from Sears and these are by far the most comfortable and the most reasonably priced and they last about the time you'd expect them to for being DIE HARD. We really hate to see them being discontinued.
Bought these boots in August, in preperation for the rainy season, and by mid October the boots were shot!! It's now early November and I have huge holes in the soles. I don't do a huge amount of walking either, I'm a truck driver, so I don't understand why the soles have worn through. Called Sears and they said "sorry, worn soles not covered under warranty" What a rip off. No wonder they were only fifty somethin bucks. Don't listen to these other guys, they just bought em. I thought they were great at first too. Now I'm gonna be looking for new boots. Only got 2 months out of em. These boots are ****.
This is the second time I have purchased this same product. The first pair is still going strong, even after 7 years. I have never had a problem with it, and the price was right!
