Used this stuff on half of my deck and used nothing on the other half. I honestly can not tell any difference. In my opinion it is not worth two squirts.

I use Project Pro PerfectMix Extreme Concentrate - Mold and Mildew Cleaner to clean vinyl siding. I simply put the bottle in the holder on my Craftsman 2600 PSI Pressure washer and install the siphon tube into the bottle. The Project Pro PerfectMix Extreme Concentrate is automatically applied during the soap application. After applying the Concentrate Cleaner, let it remain on the surface for 1 to 3 minutes. It is noted in the Directions for use: Do Not Allow The Solution To Dry! Please read the directions on the bottle before using the Project Pro PerfectMix Extreme Concentrate - Mold and Mildew Cleaner. The bottle is labeled for use on Decks/Fences, Siding and Walkways. This product works great with pressure washers. Cleaning couldn't be easier..it shows when the job is completed.

The soap really cleaned up the vinyl siding and brought back that sparkle. Works really well in conunction with my 2700 psi Craftsman powerwasher with the perfect mix pump. Although it does go through soap fast...a little dab will do. I will be buying more of this product. Maybe Sears can run a special on it, as $9.99 is almost $10! Thanks!

My husband had recently bought a power washer from Sears and the project pro perfectmix extreme concentrate-mold & mildew stain cleaner. The rusults were fantastic! He washed our deck that he had been putting off for a couple of years. Great results!

Don't waste your money on this product. It is easier (and a whole lot cheaper) just to use bleach. Besides, I couldn't tell a marked difference between the results when using this product or nothing at all until I switched to the bleach. Then you could tell a huge difference.

This product worked well with my new pressure washer. The tank the holds this product on my pressure washer was 1000 cc and the product directions only had 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon mixing directions. I figured that 2 oz. was the amount for 1000 cc. The low pressure brush was used to apply the Mold and Mildew Cleaner and it worked well on my patio furniture. So far, they continue to look like new.
