To which countries can I ship my order?

Sears is pleased to offer an international shopping and delivery experience to our international and domestic customers. Do you ship to Army post office (APO) or Fleet post office (FPO) addresses?

Our valued APO and FPO customers should shop on the Sears.com US (domestic) website for a wider selection of products and lower shipping prices. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are considered local US orders and exempt from international custom duties. Please see the next question on how to change the country and currency selection to US.

Do you ship to P. O. Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to P. O. Boxes in all countries but only when using the Express shipping option. We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes when using the Global Mail option.

How do I select a different shipping country or currency?

Please visit www.Sears.com/international anytime to change your shipping country or payment currency selections. You can also click "Change Country" next to the country flag on the top right corner of most pages (see image below) to get the same menu and change your selections. As a third option, you can also change the shipping country at the time of checkout. Please note that the product prices, shipping, handling, duties and taxes vary by country.

Products
Which products can be shipped internationally?

Every country has different guidelines to determine which products should be restricted for export and/or import. For the convenience of our customers, we automatically limit the product selection that can be browsed and added to the shopping cart by the specified shipping country. As general examples, we are unable to ship certain brands, flammable, oversized or products heavier than 150 lbs (68 kgs).

How do I know what is the right US size for me?

In the tables below, "American" sizes refer to the North American sizing system, used throughout the United States and Canada. The size comparisons presented in the tables below are only approximations. Exact sizes vary by clothing brand and style. We cannot be held responsible for purchases of ill-fitting merchandise. Are there any price or weight restrictions?

Customers can place orders valued up to US $2,500 for products weighing up to 150 lbs (68 kgs). Canadian customers using the "Express" shipping option can place orders valued up to US $5,000. The "Global Mail" shipping option (Canada and UK customers only) restricts the product weight to 66 lbs (30 kgs).

What is the voltage specification of your electrical products?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all the products requiring electricity for normal operations that we sell are designed for use with 120V, 60Hz. You may need to use an electrical adapter or converter to use them in other countries. Our product manuals and instructions may not be in your local language.

Are manufacturer warranties valid outside of the United States?

All manufacturer guarantees and warranties are considered void outside the Unites States. Local service options by the product manufacturers may not be available for your product in your country.

Can I view and pay for products in my local currency?

Yes. What payment options can I use to pay for my purchases?

We currently accept payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, USD) and China UnionPay (USD). We also accept payments using PayPal in (AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD). We are constantly working on expanding our payment tender options to bring more choices to our international customers.

Can I use a Sears gift card to pay for my purchases?

No, we do not currently offer Sears gift cards as a payment tender type for international purchases. We will be offering this payment option in the near future.

When am I charged for the order?

Your payment tender type is charged by FiftyOne at the time your order(s) leaves the U.S for the specified shipping address.

What will appear on my statement?

Your payment tender type will be billed by our partner FiftyOne and your statement will read "51*SEARS.COM" against the specified charge(s).

Can I use coupons, promotional codes, and special offers from sears.com?

Unless otherwise specified, coupons, promotional codes, and special offers on sears.com do not apply to international orders. However, we frequently run limited time shipping discount promotions and other special offers for our customers that are applied before or during checkout. To get the best deals, please visit us often and opt into our mailing list to see the latest offers & promotions.

Do you match prices of other Sears and non-Sears websites or stores?

We do not match prices as advertised on other Sears and non-Sears websites or stores including Sears US, Sears Canada, etc. In addition, Sears stores in other countries do not match the prices advertised on www.Sears.com/international.

Shipping costs, Custom duties and Taxes
How are the shipping costs determined?

International shipping costs vary greatly and are determined by the shipping method (Global Mail/Express), the weight of the items, the number of items in the cart and the shipping destination. We frequently run limited time shipping discount promotions and other special offers for our customers that are applied before or during checkout. How are the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes calculated?

The governments of the destination country determine the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes that should be charged for the products being imported into the country. These greatly vary by country, type of product being imported and where the product was manufactured.

Can I pay the applicable duties (or custom tariffs) and VAT at checkout or COD?

Our partner, FiftyOne determines these charges for all orders at the time of checkout. All of our customers have the option to pay these required charges during checkout. If the charges are paid at checkout, the order total (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed and customers are not required to pay anything additional (no COD) at the time of order delivery. Customers in some countries have the option to pay these charges at the time of order delivery. In this case, the order total (merchandise landed cost) cannot be guaranteed. Customers will be required to pay the applicable charges (COD) at the time of order delivery. These charges may be different to what was quoted online at checkout. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to Sears and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.

How can I track the status of my order?

Please go to www.Sears.com/international. Click the "Track My Order" web link (see below) on the left side of the page or click here. Enter the order number and your email address to get the latest status of your order.

Who will deliver my order?

All the "Express" orders are delivered by DHL Express. The "Global Mail" orders are delivered by Canada Post for Canada & Yodel (formerly DHL@Home) for the United Kingdom. Please note that both Canada Post & Yodel make three delivery attempts for each parcel shipped through Global Mail. After that, the parcel is held at a local postal facility for a designated period of time, which is communicated to the customer, before being sent back to the Sears.

Returns, Cancellations and Customer service
How do I contact the international customer service team?

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by email at: international@customerservice.sears.com. Your questions will be answered within 1-2 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to our commitment to processing orders as soon as possible for our international customers, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your already placed order. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, you can cancel the entire order without incurring any charges. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. To cancel your order, please provide us your order number by email international@customerservice.sears.com. We are unable to make any changes to existing orders.

Can I return a product?

We are only able to accept a return if the product being returned was sold by Sears or Kmart and if it is being returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that are being returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the product. We are also unable to accept returns on products that are sold on our website by third party merchants.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at international@customerservice.sears.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your return, the cost of return shipping and the amount you will be refunded. We will create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide you the RMA number. We will also email you the return instructions, a pre-paid return shipping label and commercial invoice. You may either drop off the return to a local DHL depot or call your local DHL office to schedule a convenient pick-up time.

What charges are refunded when I return an item?

If the item shipped was incorrect or damaged, our partner FiftyOne will refund the merchandise price, shipping charges, and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item. If an item is being returned for any other reason, you will be required to incur the shipping and return shipping costs. Our partner FiftyOne will only refund the merchandise price and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item. The refund will be in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as when the order was placed.

When do I get a credit for my return?

You will be credited for the products being returned when we receive and process the contents of the received parcel(s). The credit is made in the same currency & payment tender type used at the time of purchase. The credit will be for the amount agreed upon by the customer service team and you. You will be able to see the refund credit in about 3-5 days from when you actually return ship the product.

Can I return a product to a Sears Canada store?

Sears Canada does not accept products bought on www.Sears.com/international. To return a sold by Sears.com or Kmart.com product, please contact our international customer service team by email: international@customerservice.sears.com
