If this Craftsman hand tool ever fails to provide complete satisfaction, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover the blade, which is an expendable part that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.

Tape Measures
If this Craftsman tape measure is defective in materials or workmanship, return it to any Craftsman outlet in the United States for free replacement or refund. (This warranty does not cover the blade, expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.)

Craftsman Evolv Tool Storage
CRAFTSMAN EVOLV ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, this product is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free of charge.
This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, modification or mishandling.

Garage Door Openers
90-DAY IN-HOME FULL WARRANTY ON PRODUCT:
For 90 days from the date of purchase, this product will be repaired, free of charge, if defective in material or workmanship.
ADDITIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY ON PARTS:
From the 91st day through 1 year from the date of purchase, replacement parts for any defective parts on this product will be furnished, free of charge. Any costs for professional installation are not included.
ADDITIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR:
From the 91st day through 5 years from the date of purchase, if the motor on this product is defective, a replacement motor will be furnished free of charge. Any costs for professional installation are not included.
WARRANTY RESTRICTION:
This Craftsman Garage Door Opener Limited Warranty does not cover light bulbs, which are expendable parts, or repair parts necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including the failure to install, adjust and operate this garage door opener according to instructions contained in the owner manual. This limited warranty also does not cover any problems caused by interference.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
Seller will not be liable for loss or damage to property or any incidental or consequential loss or expense from property damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:
Except for the motor, all implied warranties for this product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 91st day through 1-year limited warranty period set forth above. All implied warranties with respect to the motor are limited in duration to the 91st day through 5-year limited warranty period set forth above. No implied warranties will exist or apply after such periods. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty applies only while this product is in use in the United States.

For 2 years from the date of purchase, this product is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will receive free repair or free replacement if repair is unavailable.
This warranty covers ONLY defects in material and workmanship. Warranty coverage does NOT include:
- Expendable items that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.
- Product damage resulting from user attempts at product modification or repair or caused by product accessories.
- Repairs necessary because of accident or failure to operate or maintain the product according to all supplied instructions.
- Preventive maintenance, or repairs necessary due to improper fuel mixture, contaminated or stale fuel.
This warranty is void if this product is ever used while providing commercial services or if rented to another person.

Snow Throwers
For 2 years from the date of purchase, this product is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will receive free repair or free replacement if repair is unavailable.
This warranty is void if this product is ever used while providing commercial services or if rented to another person.
This warranty covers ONLY defects in material and workmanship. Warranty coverage does NOT include:
- Expendable items that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period, including but not limited to augers, auger paddles, drift cutters, skid shoes, shave plate, shear pins, spark plug, air cleaner, belts, and oil filter.
- Standard maintenance servicing, oil changes, or tune-ups.
- Tire replacement or repair caused by punctures from outside objects, such as nails, thorns, stumps, or glass.
- Tire or wheel replacement or repair resulting from normal wear, accident, or improper operation or maintenance.
- Repairs necessary because of operator abuse, including but not limited to damage caused by over-speeding the engine, or from impacting objects that bend the frame, auger shaft, etc.
- Repairs necessary because of operator negligence, including but not limited to, electrical and mechanical damage caused by improper storage, failure to use the proper grade and amount of engine oil, or failure to maintain the equipment according to the instructions contained in the operator's manual.
- Engine (fuel system) cleaning or repairs caused by fuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized (stale). In general, fuel should be used within 30 days of its purchase date.
- Normal deterioration and wear of the exterior finishes, or product label replacement.

Riding Equipment
For 2 years from the date of purchase, if any non-expendable part of this riding equipment fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, call 1-800-659-5917 for technical support or troubleshooting or call 1-800-469-4663 for ordering parts.

The frame and front axle will be repaired free of charge for five years from the date of purchase if defective in material or workmanship.
In all cases, if repair proves impossible, the riding equipment will be replaced free of charge with the same or an equivalent model.
The battery will be replaced free of charge for 90 days from the date of purchase if defective in material or workmanship (our testing proves that it will not hold a charge).
This warranty is void if this product is ever used while providing commercial services or if rented to another person.
This warranty covers ONLY defects in material and workmanship. Warranty coverage does NOT include:
- Expendable items that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period, including but not limited to blades, spark plugs, air cleaners, belts, and oil filters.
- Standard maintenance servicing, oil changes, or tune-ups.
- Tire replacement or repair caused by punctures from outside objects, such as nails, thorns, stumps, or glass.
- Tire or wheel replacement or repair resulting from normal wear, accident, or improper operation or maintenance.
- Repairs necessary because of operator abuse, including but not limited to damage caused by towing objects beyond the capability of the riding equipment, impacting objects that bend the frame or crankshaft, or over-speeding the engine.
- Repairs necessary because of operator negligence, including but not limited to, electrical and mechanical damage caused by improper storage, failure to use the proper grade and amount of engine oil, failure to keep the deck clear of flammable debris, or failure to maintain the riding equipment according to the instructions contained in the operator's manual.
- Engine (fuel system) cleaning or repairs caused by fuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized (stale). In general, fuel should be used within 30 days of its purchase date.
- Normal deterioration and wear of the exterior finishes, or product label replacement.

Pressure Washers (Electric)
For two years from the date of purchase, this product is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will be replaced free of charge.
This warranty does not cover expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.
This warranty is void if this product is ever used while providing commercial services or if rented to another person.
