The carry handle on the jack itself broke off the first time I used it, but that didn't take away from the functionality of the jack.

Jack works as advertised, seems to be better quality than the 2 ton floor jacks for 25-30 bucks at all auto parts stores. I like that it came in nice plastic box for storage.

I got this on sale for under $40 and it has worked well lifting up a mid size suv and lifting and holding a compact suv for doing oil changes and rotating tires. The case helps protect the jack while being stored. It would be nice if they made the attachment point for the handle a little deeper for a more solid fit and less chance of the handle slipping out. So far I am satisfied with how the jack has performed.

I have only used this jack twice but both times I used it it worked to perfection. It lifted my 2003 Nissan Altima seemingly effortlessly. It is definitely an upgrade over the stock jack that came with the car. It would take me what seemed like forever to lift the car wityh that. With this Craftsman jack within 8-10 pumps it's up & ready for me to place my metal stands underneath the car. I also really love the case that it comes with. keeps the "garage" neat.

If I wanted pure junk, i would have gone to **************. Defective from the box. Followed 'priming' instructions and even called the phone number on the side of the jack. Was told to return the item for an exchange. Guess they dont understand that you need a jack to work when using it. The jack would raise the car but then slowly lower back down. Not even enough time to set jack stands! Wheels leave black marks on garage floor. I own $5000+ in Craftsman products but will shop there no more. Pathetic.
