I bought this saw from a friend who only had it 6 months and used it once. i struggled at first to get it started but once i did it usually only takes me 3-4 pulls anymore. also had the blade fall off on second cut but that was probably my fault for not checking tension before i started. i knew nothing about putting the blade back on but with the manuals help and the useful tool that came with it i got it back on relatively easy. ever since then ive had no issues with it and have cut down some rather thick trees. The case and extra blade are really nice extras
I bought it for several reasons: 1) the most obvious--it has two chain sizes for those smaller or larger projects; 2) it has a case which protects your investment in this chain saw; 3) the warranty--2-year/10-year engine crank shaft; 4) the price and value as it was also on sale. Don't forget to buy some chain oil, 2-cycle oil for mixing gas and a 1-2 gallon gas can. It cut through 6-10" fallen tree limbs like knife through butter. I hope I don't have to, but the manual or promo video said it can handle up to 36" trees!

We had to replace a 4-yr old Sears chain saw during a busy weekend of tree splitting, this has worked fine. Came with extra arm and chain, but they are smaller. OK - two different sizes will do. But package was not clear about that info. Has worked for 2 months now.
I bought this to do some light cutting of firewood. I liked the fact it had two bars and a carrying case. I have been very pleased with its performance. Follow the instructions about fuel recommendations. I used 100% gas for my mix to start with and had problems with it stalling. Switched to regular gas and have had no issues. Very light weight.

For lightweight durability, it's my favorite saw for clearing the woods out back. It keeps going and going and the blade stays unbelievably sharp. Keep the bar oiled and use 40:1 mixture and it just keeps cutting. Excellent saw for long term cutting due to it's ergonomics.

Got this saw to cut up some downed trees. Trees were huge, som were 36" across. Saw did a good job cutting them down to a manageable size. Easy starting too. The additional 14" bar and chain is a plus
We bought this a couple months earlier and the second time we used it, it broke. We got it exchanged, no problems, and has worked great since, but this time, we bought the warranty with it.
this is a great saw for trimming branches or cutting down small trees. It fits nicely in your hands, isn't extreamly heavy and cuts smoothly. It comes with 18 and 14 inch bars and chains making it versatile.Only drawback is there is a slight learning curve as to starting it warm.
