I bought it to add to my C3 system. It's compatible with my other 19.2 v tools and it worked great , right out of the box (with my charged battery). I immediately went out and did some trimming, with great results and no difficulty.

This hedge trimmer was a perfect replacement for a corded hedge trimmer that needed to be replaced. It's lightweight in spite of the battery and easy to use. Would recommend replacing the Ni-Cad battery that come with the trimmer with lithium ion battery, however.

I was hesitant on how long the battery would hold out but I was very pleased. My arms were getting tired and I was ready for a break when the battery finally gave up. I also love the fact that it has the same battery as the leaf blower we recently got and my drill, saw, flashlight, set that I have. Now I can interchange between them all and I can always have a battery ready.

Had 2 gas trimmers both quit and they do not make the parts. I have the 19.2 stuff so what the heck buy this and get another battery at least. WOW it works almost as well as the gas machines I own and no gas. Buy it.

Cuts really well. Makes fast work of hedge trimming. Battery lasts about 30 minutes when trimming normal growth. A little less when cutting larger branches or heavy growth. Well balanced and easy to handle. Keep blades well oiled and will stay sharp a long time.

I have a few 19.2 Craftsman tools and I LOVE them. Thought I could get by with Ni CAds, but now the Lithum batteries are coming down in price and Im sick of charging up the NiCads all the time. Just get the Lithiums and you will be pleased with the Trimmer, the blower, the vaccum, the inflator etc etc etc....

This works great. Very easy to use and I like the portability of it. I have the same battery on another sears product, so battery life is no problem, but I still haven't reached a point I've needed to change it

This hedge trimmer is light and cordless and that is the only good about it. Otherwise, it is not powerful enough to cut branches that is about 1/8 inch and the fully charged battery lasted only about 30 minutes. It is not worth buying this product.
