I almost did not purchase this pressure washer because of some of the bad reviews posted. First off, after unpacking the box I was pleased with the quality and sturdy frame. The quick start instructions were easy to follow and understand. Some of the reviews said that it was hard to start and I was preparing myself for several tries. Since this is a ready start engine, it does not have a primer button. To my surprise, the engine started up on the 2nd pull. The engine RPM surged up and down a few seconds until it warmed up. This is normal since it has an automatic choke. Once warmed up, it was very easy to use and really liked the multiple spray head. I ended up using the General spray mode most of the time. Winter grime melted off our vehicles and ended up in the garage and driveway. I cleaned the garage, two vehicles and driveway. I was very pleased with the performance and the automatic throttle is the best part. The only thing that I would change would be the gas tank capacity. I had to fill it up twice. Some if the reviews said it was hard to start after you ran it out of gas when it was warmed up so I was preparing for several pulls. I filled the tank and to my surprise, It started on the first pull. Not sure why others were having problems but I am extremely please with my purchase and got an excellent close out price....

The cart this washer is mounted to is flimsy as can be...at least mine is. I bought it new in the box. The cart comes already assembled. It appears the rivets they used to hold the thing together, aren't up to the job. It seems this thing would destroy itself once it gets started. I have already removed the engine and pump and installed it on my old pressure washer cart. It fit perfectly. As to how it performs, I can't say as I haven't used it yet- but I'm already a little disappointed.
I take care of most maintenance around the home. This pressure washer was easy to assemble, handles with ease, no problems starting. I would recommend to anyone for home and auto cleaning.
Not sure what all the negativity is about, I ran this washer for 2 1/2 hr straight and didn't have a bit of problems. Yes, I did keep it running only because I planned what I was washing before hand, no need to shut it down to move it. It did the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a honda pressure washer with the same problem, trying to get it started after it runs out of gas or you shut it off to take a break, it just wouldn't start after it was warmed up.The solution to this problem is simple, first befor you try to restart it pull the trigger to release the pressure from the spray gun then open the air filter (the yellow button on the side of the engine) take out the green sponge airfilter then pull the string it should start right up! Before you resume your project while the motor is running put the air filter back in and then you can get back to work! I hope this helps some of you.
The washer works great. I can't believe how fast I can go thru a cleaning job. The idle down feature is really nice. It is easy to move, the large and wide wheels are make this so. This would be the perfect power washer if it had a Honda engine. The problems were the 5 way nozzle stuck on one position and I cannot switch between nozzle sizes. Fortunately it is stuck on the "general" size that I use the most. Personally, I think individual nozzles are still a better setup; this 5 way thing is rather bulky. The red trigger safety button on the wand broke almost immediately. I pressed it, heard a snap and the button stayed in. At least this did not prevent me from using it. I am returning the whole thing tomorrow because I have such a hard time starting it. It has around 8 hours on it. I was promised a replacement, that should arrive in a week or so after I return the defective one. It seems like they would order the replacement as this is a normally stocked item, and call me when it arrives...but I have to drop off the defective one before they will order the new one, then make another trip to get the replacement. It did start first pull the first time I used it, but it is getting harder and harder to start. It now takes around 30 pulls before it will start. I use fresh gas spiked with Sta-Bil mixed per directions. I even tried to hold the nozzle open to eliminate the possibility that pressure build-up was
