Product Description

Dual-Stage Snowblower Clears Snow in Record Time

It's time to retire your old snow shovel and start clearing the icy masses from your driveway and walkways with a Craftsman 24'' snowblower. This lightweight blower has a strong and effective four-cycle, 179cc OHV engine that blows snow out of your way in minutes, meaning you spend much less time on the task than when you use a shovel for the job. The modern design includes an easy push-button electric starting system that gets the blower revving whenever you need it, even in subzero weather. And unlike older snow blowers, there's no need to mix gas and oil to get the machine started.

The Dual-Stage Snowblower has an oversized 24-inch clearing width that gets the job done fast, even when you're clearing snow from large driveways, big yards or decks. To remove heavy, wet snow, sludge or ice, power up the 12-inch serrated steel auger or 12-inch impeller to break up the icy, impacted blocks and blow them out of your way. With eight different speeds, six forward and two backward, you can easily adjust the thrower to clear light to heavy snow buildup from all areas of your landscape.

  • The Craftsman 24'' snowblower has an EZ rotation chute to quickly and easily direct icy deposits wherever you aim.
  • The extra long chute gives better aim and keeps snow from blowing back on the operator.
  • Large 13-inch-by-4-inch X-Trac tires keep the tool steady with superior traction for extra easy maneuverability and safety.
  • Easy-grip handle ensures easy machine operation while wearing gloves or mittens.
  • Plow handles increase control of the blower and reduce pressure on your legs and lower back.

Comes in handy
I really enjoy my new snow blower. I didn't get to use it for a few weeks after I bought it but then we had some good snow fall. I've been using it to do my driveway and my neighbors and my other neighbors and took it to help my troops clear their dorm sidewalks. All in all I'm very pleased

Nice machine!

Worked well with almost 3' of snow from Winter Storm Nemo!! Cleared my driveway with no problems, even the end of it where they plowed me in. Didn't get stuck or bog down even though my 4x4 truck got stuck getting out of my driveway!! :)

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Good choice for the homeowner

I'm happy to say this snowblower has handled everything very well, and I'd recommend this to anyone with an average driveway to clear. I've found this blower to be easy to pull start and maneuver around tight spaces. This replaced a 20 year old tank of a blower, and the difference with my back at the end is amazing. The blower handles predictable and the controls are intuitive. This blower has enough power to throw wet snow, and it dutifully nibbled away at the 10 foot plow berms after the big blizzard. If we received as much snow as we just got on a frequent basis, I'd want something with more power and a bigger inlet, but this little blower got the job done. On the plus side, the smaller size is easier to store, cheaper to buy, and perfectly adequate for even major storms. As long as it holds up, I am happy. cons: slow reverse speed, wish the front end was a bit heavier to keep it from riding up.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Conquered the Blizzard of 2013 !

This weekend I used my recently purchased blower to clear my driveway (70 feet long, 20 feet wide, 21" snow depth) successfully after "Nemo" hit us in Cape Ann, Massachusetts. Started right up ... all features worked as described ... and used continuously for 1.5 hours. If it holds up as the years go by, I'll continue to be pleased ...

Good snow thrower

Just handled 36" blizzard well. Unit throws snow far distance. Weak point was the chute rotation needed adjustment which is hard in a blizzard. Had to manually turn chute.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great snow blower

I cleared snow from the blizzard of 2013 with this machine and it worked very well. My neighbors on my block had other snow blowers that clogged and didn't work well but this machine was great. It never clogged and was able to clear heavy wet snow without a problem. Easy to start and easy to maneuver. Its easy to pull the snow blower in reverse if you don't want to use the reverse gears. I plowed my 100ft sidewalk, my two car driveway, the heavy snow that was left by the plow in front of my drive way and my next door neighbors as well and still had gas in my tank. I would highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a reliable snow blower. We had about a foot and a half of snow and this machine had no problems at all. Its 179cc engine is very powerful and the machine is designed much better than the other snowblowers in that it didn't get clogged when the others on my street all got clogged!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
