- When and how did you get into using tools/doing projects?
- I got my car stuff from my Dad, who used to be a mechanic. I got my woodworking stuff from Sears, where I sold power tools for three years. I learned to respect tools like firearms.
- What do you do when you're not tinkering in the garage and working on other projects?
- I spend time in the Deaf Community, as an interpreter and a leader at my church. Also I enjoy traveling with my family.
- What's the project you're most proud of?
- My downstairs half bath. I spent the last week of 2011 putting in a new floor, toilet, sink, counter, faucet and paint. Using Craftsman tools of course!
- Any stories of DIY disaster?
- No real disasters, but I am a frequent member of the "measure once, cut twice" club...
- Why do you use Craftsman tools?
- They are affordable, and I don't have to wait for them to use them. I can get them almost anywhere locally. The hand tool warranty is great too!
- How did you get your DIY skills?
- From my Dad, Grandfather, and lots o' trial and error!
- Anything you have to say to other craftsmen out there?
- Measure twice. Cut once!
