When and how did you get into using tools/doing projects?
My father owned a cabinet shop when I was a teen and I've always loved creating things.
What do you do when you're not tinkering in the garage and working on other projects?
Planning my next project! I sew, macramé, garden, build stuff for my farm, and work on vehicles as well as work with my horses.
What's the project you're most proud of?
My kitchen cabinets.
Any stories of DIY disaster?
Plenty, but I never give up till I figure it out. I was building a toy box and had to take it apart 3 times before I got it right.
Why do you use Craftsman tools?
Because they are dependable. They work as they should, or you can return them. Every time I purchased any other name, it has failed me when I needed it most.
How did you get your DIY skills?
Self-taught, with a lot of trial and error. I look at things closely and start drawing.
Anything you have to say to other craftsmen out there?
If you can dream it or see it, you can do it with perseverance.
